Meet Nichole

Founder & Speech-Language Pathologist

I’ve been working in schools as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for over 17 years. I’m currently licensed in Texas and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

My experience includes working with preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students with a wide range of speech and language needs. I’ve provided evaluations, therapy, and IEP development, and have collaborated closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success. I also have extensive experience supervising graduate student clinicians, Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, and Clinical Fellows. I believe speech therapy should be personalized, engaging, and collaborative, with a focus on helping students communicate with greater confidence.

I founded ClaraVoz Speech Therapy to make experienced, high-quality speech-language services more accessible to students, schools, and families.
